What Is APP?
The Adolescent Parenting Program (APP) is an outreach/support program for teen moms ages 14-19. This program seeks to support adolescent parents to get an education, acquire job skills, improve parenting abilities, and to prevent future pregnancies. APP is lead by one full time coordinator with a caseload of 15-25 first-time teen parents. Through individualized goal plans, intensive case management services, and group educational sessions, program participants are empowered to become self-sufficient and build a better future for their babies.
